Most recently, Joe has led several regional banks as the head of U.S. Small Business Administration lending with the primary responsibility for all strategy development & implementation, business development and loan production with over $900MM of originations controlling all front-end and back-end processes. Joe has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer at University of North Carolina, Greensboro and Queens University, Charlotte, NC. Joe is the Founder, Chairman and Executive Director of Roll With the Punches Foundation, Inc. He is also a U.S. Army Special Operation Forces veteran, 9Round Kickboxing Franchise Owner and the former Ringside Lt. Heavyweight Boxing Champion.
