Need to Know  

While we upgrade our systems, please take note of how your specific payment method may be affected:  
 
  • Debit Card Payments: If you use a debit card for payments, you will be required to set up a new payment arrangement as part of this transition.
  • Credit Card Payments: We will no longer accept credit cards.
  • ACH Payments: If you currently make your loan payments via ACH autopayments, no action is needed on your part. Scheduled ACH payments will be processed on the bill due dates, the 15th and end-of-month. If you pay via one-time ACH payments, you will be required to set up a new payment arrangement. Please check back for details.

How To Make a Payment   

To access your new Payment Portal to make a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment plan, follow the below steps:

To register, you will need your loan account number, which is your 11-digit loan number followed by a hyphen and 00001 (Ex. 00012345678-00001).

Once you register, you will be directed to log in to the payment portal to make a one-time payment or create a recurring payment plan using ACH or a debit card.   
 
  • Within your account, you can select “Pay Bills” or “Pay on Loan.”
  • Pay Bills will allow you to view outstanding bills and pay the outstanding balance. 
  • Pay on Loan will allow you to pay towards your balance regardless of if there is an outstanding bill. 

Access Your Statements   

To access your Online Banking account and view your statements, enroll here: using your loan account number + hyphen 1, Ex.12345678-1.

Management of your line of credit is transitioning from iVitaFi to a new platform in April 2026.  
You will be required to set up a new payment arrangement. 

We will no longer accept credit cards after April 16.
If you pay via one-time ACH payments, you will be required to set up a new payment arrangement.

Your new number is your existing number followed by -00001.
