Nothing is more special than the feeling of home. This year, no one deserves that feeling more than our frontline workers. Whether it is responding to emergencies, providing prescriptions at the local pharmacy or caring for our pets, we continuously count on those who serve our communities. When it comes to buying a home, our community partners can count on Ameris.
Ameris Bank proudly offers the following loan programs tailored to meet the needs of our community partners.
Ameris Bank Medical Professional Loan
Ameris Bank recognizes the unique needs of medical professionals who may need flexibility regarding student loan debt, time on the job and down payment requirements. The Ameris Bank Medical Professional Loan provides up to 100% financing with no private mortgage insurance for the following occupations: MDs, osteopaths, physician assistants, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, chiropractors, podiatrists, maxillofacial surgeons, ophthalmologists and optometrists (including residents and fellows). Community Partners Program
The Community Partners Program helps those who serve our communities with down payment assistance to achieve the dream of homeownership. This program provides up to $10,000 in down payment assistance for current or retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, healthcare workers and educators who meet the program eligibility requirements. Additional program eligibility requirements apply. Homebuyer minimum contribution is $1,000. Contact an Ameris Bank mortgage banker to see if you may be eligible.
Mortgage Bank Courtney Efird says it best: “It's our turn to help you. Whether it’s your first home or forever home, make buying or refinancing your home easy. After all, when you are busy serving your community, you shouldn’t have to worry about your home mortgage.”
Whether it’s a first home or a forever home, Ameris Bank is proud to support our community partners in the buying or refinancing of their home.
