Ameris Bank Expands in Orlando Market with Full-Service Location
Ameris Bank Market President Joe Losch announces that a full-service banking location in Orlando, Florida will open in the beginning of November. The new location will offer a complete range of financial services including deposit and cash management solutions, consumer and commercial lending, residential mortgages, wealth/trust solutions and SBA financing. The branch will be designed with the newest banking technology, providing a convenient, engaging and individualized customer experience.

Curating a Seasoned, Highly Regarded, Expert Banking Team
As Ameris Bank deepens its roots in Orlando, key promotions and hires are occurring to grow the branch staff in order to support new customers and complement the seasoned commercial banking team as it moves to Orlando. The following tenured bankers have been tabbed to support the needs of community businesses, as well as individuals that call Orlando home.
Losch joined Ameris Bank in 2015 as market president, bringing over 38 years of expertise to Ameris Bank. He oversees the banking activity across Central Florida, and as Ameris Bank deepens its presence in Orlando, he continues to lead the bank’s new market strategies, as well as grow and lead the Orlando banking team.
Recently promoted to branch manager, Bing will be responsible for the daily operations of the new branch and implementing branch sales and service strategies. Bing has over 25 years of banking experience, and, before joining Ameris, she was an assistant branch manager with Fidelity Bank, which merged with Ameris in 2019.
With over 22 years of banking experience, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Brian Durham has extensive real estate experience supporting businesses of all size and industries, and. Prior to joining Ameris, he was in the Regional CRE Group for TD Bank.
Retail Area Manager Carole Frank brings over 33 years of experience to the branch team. Frank oversees branches in Central Florida to ensure an exceptional, seamless banking experience for branch customers. Before joining Ameris, she was a retail sales manager and regional manager for First Citizens Bank.
With over 26 years of experience, Commercial Relationship Manger Bryan Lerdo brings a variety of expertise to the commercial banking team, with a focus on commercial real estate. Prior to joining Ameris, he was a commercial real estate relationship manager for Seacoast National Bank.
Commercial Banker Jen Pollock, CCIM, brings nearly 25 years of experience to the Orlando team. She is a board member of the Joe R Lee Boys & Girls Club and a supporter of Grace Medical Home. Additionally, Pollock is an active member of CREWOrlando (Commercial Real Estate Women) and FEW (Florida Executive Women). Before joining Ameris, Pollock worked at Valley Bank.
With 25 years of experience, Commercial Banker Tyler Kurau specializes in local and southeast regional corporate banking, commercial real estate and public finance banking. He is a dedicated community member and serves on several boards, including the American Cancer Society board. Previously, Kurau managed the Central Florida market for City National Bank.
With over 17 years of banking experience, Assistant Branch Manager Cereida Seeley will assist with the daily operations of the new branch, while creating an inviting and efficient atmosphere for customers and teammates. She became a part of the Ameris team through the Fidelity Bank merger.
