Terms and Conditions 4th Quarter 2020 Paychex Promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. All payroll services are provided by Paychex. Some restrictions and limitations may apply. The Promotion begins on October 5, 2020, and runs through January 31, 2021 (“Promotion Effective Dates”), with the client’s first run date on or before February 28, 2021. Ameris Bank (“Bank”) customers who meet all the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be eligible to receive $200 waived from the Setup Fee from Paychex when they chose a Paychex Flex® Payroll Bundle.

To receive the Q4 $200 off Setup Fee Promotion, a Bank customer must be (1) referred to Paychex by Bank during the Promotion Effective Dates; (2) become a Paychex customer; (3) process their first payroll with Paychex by Feb. 28, 2021. Bank customers who currently process payroll on a quarterly or annual basis are not eligible for the Promotion. The $200 off Setup Fee may only be applied against the eligible Paychex service and may not be converted to U.S. dollars or refunded.

Except as agreed to by Paychex this Promotion cannot be combined with other offers. This Promotion is subject to termination at any time at the sole discretion of Paychex.
