WORKING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS TO OBTAIN YOUR FEEDBACK
In an effort to best understand the needs of our customers, Ameris Bank may contract with third party service providers to deliver analytics and survey services. Ameris Bank will only provide our third party service providers with information necessary to conduct the analytical and survey services, and will not share personal identifiable information. We take your privacy seriously, and our contracts with third party service providers require that they maintain your information, and the information you share through survey responses, with the same high level of confidentiality with which Ameris Bank maintains your information.
Please know that Ameris Bank and Ameris Bank’s third party service providers will never call, text or email you asking you to provide confidential or personal identifiable information, such as date of birth, social security number, tax identification number, account and loan number, debit card number and electronic banking credentials. We will only attempt to collect information and feedback that is reasonably necessary to fulfill the identified purpose, understanding that it is always your choice to provide us with information and feedback.
To enhance the overall customer experience, Ameris Bank may share information we obtain through survey services with companies that provide support services to us or help us market our products and services.

WHY CAN’T I LIMIT ALL SHARING?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

- affiliates from using your information to market to you

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not solicit via telephone numbers listed on the state or federal Do Not Call lists, unless the law allows. Consumers who ask not to receive telephone solicitations from Ameris Bank will be placed on the Ameris Bank Do Not Call list and will not be called in any future campaigns.
